THE NAME SAYS IT ALL! My four days solo trip to Almora recently attained a complete home away from home level when I requested my meals from Ghar Ki Rasoi, Almora. A plausible decision I took instead to source my food from Dhabas and Restaurants. I would like to thank the minds behind this wonderful initiative taken up by Mr. Monu Pant Ji and Ms. Pooja Pant Ji for providing authentic Kumaoni Cuisine at an exceptionally affordable pricing that got delivered fresh to my room. The quality is unmatchable. The quantity is impressive. The add ons (Salad, Pickle, Ketchup Sachets, Tissue, Mouth Freshner) are indeed welcoming. And above all, the taste is appetizing. I had attached the pics for reference. I hope the team will remain firm to their motives and will serve their best on and on. I have ordered tiffins for myself and family from Ghar Ki Rasoi for the last few days while staying at the Base Hospital in Almora. I did this after trying food from various eateries around the hospital, none of which could serve meals consistent with my criteria of needing nutritious, tasty, home cooked meals and must I say that Ms. Pant (from Ghar ki Rasoi) really nails it. Ghar ki Rasoi serves food that is tasty, light on the stomach, and high on nutrition. The food is packed really nicely and is kept quite warm. The parantha is soft and warm and tastes just like a homemade parantha. The namkeen oates Dalia is really quite a feast. The dal is always carrying a depth of flavors and the sabzi is always quite scrumptious. I would highly recommend Ghar ki Rasoi to anyone who is planning to stay in Almora for more than a few days and wants to have delicious, nutritious home cooked meals.

Different menu available for lunch and dinner on daily basis. Timely service in terms of delivery of the food. I was very impressed with their professionalism.
