Hotel Friends Club Resort & Restaurant

Resort is good .. good is awesome .. rooms are neat clean but when I recently stayed at friends club resort, and while the location and amenities had great potential, my overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a significant issue -- unreliable water supply. Throughout my stay, there were frequent interruptions in the water availability, making it difficult to shower, use the bathroom, or even wash hands at times. The resort staff did acknowledge the problem but solutions were slow and often temporary. For a place that markets itself as a premium getaway, I found this basic infrastructure problem unacceptable. It's a real shame because the property itself is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxing. However, consistent access to clean water is a fundamental expectation for any accommodation, and not having it greatly impacted my comfort and plans during the stay. I hope the management addresses this issue urgently, as it has the potential to ruin an otherwise wonderful resort experience.

Hello guys, on Jan 7 we were luking fr a place to take rest driving from Haridwar, and let me tell you it was not a gud experience, first of all the manager managing the place was mean and rude, not helpful at all, although the person attending to us was kind. Food service was not gud at all, we ordered dal fry ,aloo paratha and all messed up, we could not eat it much, the rooms were unclean and the washroom not well maintained, wash basin tap was lose and needed urgent fix. Overall bad experience and avoid even if urgent , you can travel 15-20kms more from the place to get gud hotels.

Attended a wedding function and also lived here a few months ago, everything was fine except the hygiene in rooms and halls. Bathrooms were really filthy after one day, lack of proper water supply, room service was almost non existent during wedding and after. They treated the place like a wedding hall and forgot that it's also a hotel and people are living there.

Interiors were decorated in a contemporary way. Order was prepared very swiftly. We ordered honey chilly potato, red sauce pasta , veg momos, manchurian with gravy.. everything was too yummy and even presentation was very appealing. But red sauce pasta was intolerably spicy & we had to order soft drink to make it tolerable, so in future we will for sure go there but will tell them forehand to make it less spicy.. otherwise it was a great experience... We have celebrated our friend's birthday here. Its a huge hit among us..

0 star option not available. They are fraud and not real..they take bookings from Agoda and Agoda and they both only doing fraud. They denied our booking and we were in big trouble with a small kid.. Don't go, they are fraud. Agoda also is not taking any action even after informing.

Don't book this hotel via any website . Hotel denies taking booking from Agoda. And even location is wrong . We were left helpless . As they were saying we don't have any booking via Agoda. Thanks to Agoda team who helped us later. Even hotel were not sharing there correct location. Felt cheated on hotel part

Location on map is WRONG!! it's +5 KM towards uttarkashi road Service: Not good. Food: Meh, Amenities: very basic, DON'T GO THERE!! Atleast for winters.

It is a good place but the meal is not good we tried the pasta but it is very thick and very bed in teast. So many things which are available in menu but not available on the table.
