Hotel Omkaar & Restaurant

PATHETIC , SMELLY ROOMS! Worst experience. We reached late at night and was coming from a very long journey so had no other option but to stay here. The room and washroom was very dirty we asked them to change the bed sheet and pillow and we had to call 4-5 times to do so after that one of the person from staff came and said 'aisa hi hota hai' for pillow. Pillow had nothing left in it looked like it wasn't washed since it was bought and same with the bedsheet and quilts too. Somehow we managed to sleep but later on some people staying beside our room started making nuisances, very loud music and were dancing loudly at 2 AM but the hotel staff didn't even bother to stop them. Then at 4.30 AM hotel people started there other work of keeping some material again creating loud noises. We had to leave early morning and couldn't peacefully sleep at night. ONE SHOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Very unresponsive staff ,couldn't sleep at night because of the loaded trucks getting unload just near the hotel rooms very irritating. Rooms are very dirty & unhygienic.

Shame that the restaurant and the hotel are listed together. The restaurant was great, got the thali, very good. The hotel was smelly, noisy and we were asked initially to pay a lot more than the value of the room because we are foreign. I think also that something was living in my bed which kept making noises throughout the night.

Don't get much options, service are not that much good basic food only

Poor experience. There was no other hotel in nearby and that's why we had to stay there. Otherwise we would never stay there. Rates were too high. Rooms were stinking. From bell boy to owner everyone was so rude and have no manners to talk at all. If there were option to give minus ratings I would have given.

pathetic room, full of bad smell, rude behaviour of restaurant staff, we asked for tea and they refused because we didnt eat dinner there due to high price.they said that "khana khane bahar jao or chai yaha mangre", how can someone say that to a customer, they dont provide toiletries, even they dont even give water.

Bro! don't go there even by mistake! Worst experience of my life
