Happy Heart Cafe

We organised our kids 2nd birthday party here with just 8 guests. The entire order was given 1 hour in advance but still the service of food was so pathetic that our guests were sitting with empty plates most of the time. Decor and food are good but food service is exceptionally poor. A group of 8 people was sitting with 1 portion of french fries and then kept waiting for next serving and then suddenly you would get one more portion of honey chiili to adjust among 8 people . We had a deal in which cameraman was to be arranged by the restaurant and we just had to pay. The agreed amount was paid beforehand but still i had to beg the cameraman and the restaurant to give me my party pics as it turned out that the restaurant owner hadn't paid the cameraman even after 24 hrs and eventually paid after following up almost 7-8 times during the day hence the cameraman was not giving me my photos even after i had paid the demanded amount without any negotiation. The cameraman's number was never shared and infact his payment was also accepted by the restaurant. In the end i had to pay extra then agreed upon just to get my stuff in time and this was also communicated to the manager but still he didn't bothered to mediate with the cameraman. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour from the restaurant manager Mr. AMAN and from the owner as well. If you want to just eat your dinner in peace then do visit the cafe but if you want to arrange a party or something then this place will fill you up with chaos. Although i know management/onwer would never acknowledge their deficiency in service on an open platform but still i had to write all this so that it will be helpful for other customers. Negative reviews are very difficult to post but one needs to understand what the customer must have been through if he had to post a review. Nonetheless once again i want to repeat food was good and also the decor.

Amazing momos and kahwa, nice hospitality. A great venue for birthday parties and kitty parties.

It was a lovely experience at this Cafe. The outdoor setting was magnificent with different splashes of colours from flowers. Good going.......Keep it up!!!!!! :)
