Garle Korean Cafe & Restaurant

Honestly, it felt like a waste of money and time. We ordered Tteokbokki, Jajangmyeon, and fried chicken, but the portions were small and overpriced. Drinks were okay. The spice levels were inconsistent--last time, "spicy" was too much, but this time, "medium" was just sweet with no heat at all. As for the ambience, it felt cold--not just physically but emotionally. Overall, a disappointing experience. Would I return? Probably not.

This Korean cafe is quite a pleasure to have in Dehradun out of all the places I could imagine. The ambience is nice. The place is kept well. The menu has enough options and we ordered quite a few. Loved the flavors. Would def recommend to people who haven't eaten Korean food.

Everything is a five star for me here. The first ever restaurant/cafe that is based on korean culture. As a kpop and kdrama lover I loved this place. Not only the ambience is great their food also tastes good. I tried kimbap, kimchi fried rice, ramen and boba tea, I liked all of them. Also, have a good service. A must visit place as a kpop fan. I had a great experience and would like to visit again.

The best and most authentic Korean experience I have had till now. The seafood tteokbokki was yummy, saucy and spicy. We also got the deongjang dakgui or soy marinated fried chicken which was the star of the show. Fried to perfection and just the right amount of juicy and crispy. For drinks we got the taro boba tea and ginseng tea which were both good. But the cheesecake was a little disappointing. Felt like a fluffy egg pancake. Maybe it would have been better with more sugar or if they poured syrup on it. Courteous and kind staff who were gracious enough to help us out with the menu and spice level in the food.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. The Chicken Reman was a highlight - it's a must-try! I was impressed that they offered a complimentary dessert since we were their first customers of the day. The ambiance was cozy and inviting. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is conveniently located across from the shopping center. The Korean dishes served are not spicy. The staff is quick and polite. Customers can expect a satisfying, filling meal.

Too much hyped place. The portion of food is very less compared to the price they offer. I have also visited it when it was just opened but now its not worth it.

As non-Indian, travelling and working in India for two years, I would say Garle Korean Restaurant is one of the most AUTHENTIC Korean restaurants here in India, and please stay the way you are. The first thing I noticed immediately when I step in is Korean songs like Blackpink and BTS. The decor is modern Korean style. All these give off a good impression. Then the food... oh, Holy Moly... Finally, Korean food that doesn't taste 'Indian'. A refreshing taste and authentic to real cuisine without trying to be 'Indian' just to gain business. The Korean Spicy Chicken is exactly how I imagine it would be. The kimchi fried rice lacks the usual spicy punch but is good enough for me. Please understand that not everyone can stomach Kimchi, so please approach it with caution. The Noodle texture is on point and flavourful. Then the drink, ginseng tea. Sure, it taste like it is from a sachet mixed with hot water, but hey, at least they have something that most authentic restaurant don't provide. Be open-minded if you want to try authentic Korean food, and here is one of the best. It won't suit everyone's palate for sure since well, it is NOT INDIAN but Authentic Korea. I'll be returning for sure and I hope this restaurant stands for a long, long time.
