Yes, three actual **human nails** in my food. I wish I was making this up, but apparently at Karim's, they believe fingernails are a new form of *garnish*. When I questioned the staff, their genius explanation? *"It's an ingredient used as spices."* Wow. Michelin star creativity! After a heated argument, they finally admitted it was indeed human nails (bravo for honesty after denial). I then asked for the owner's contact to report this disgusting incident -- they handed me a number that turned out to be just another staff member doing ghost duty on calls. No response, no accountability, and zero hygiene. Tried calling for two days straight. Radio silence. To the owner (if you're real and not imaginary): maybe focus less on your Mughlai menu and more on **basic hygiene and staff ethics**. This wasn't just *bad service* -- it was downright **gross and irresponsible**. Save yourself the trauma -- go anywhere else but here if you value your stomach (and sanity). **P.S. Best Mughlai food in Dehradun. Service was top notch with immaculate level of hygiene and cleaning. Staff was well mannered and courteous. Must try Mutton nahari with Khamiri roti and juicy Mutton Kababs . Highly recommend if you are non veg lover.

If you want to eat tasty , delicious and authentic Mughali food this is the place to be at . Had Mutton Rara , Mutton Korma , Khamiri Roti and Sheermal . Food was finger Licking delicious. Same flavour of old Delhi . Ambience is warm and cleaning and service is at it best . Must visit and try delicious non veg food .

Uncooked chicken that is after asking him to change it with the cooked one he again served us the same uncooked one. Very very disappointing and bad experience after trusting the renowned food chain. A BIG TIME FRAUD AND TASTELESS FOOD. Would suggest not to visit it.
