Truckers Halt Cafe

We have seen a whole lot of new food trucks in Dehradun as it is coming into a trend, so we food bloggers have to obviously try them out, so we went to THC a perfect place with a 10/10 ambience, and we experienced great food and lovely hospitality from these guys which were really a plus point coz mostly hospitality in these food trucks are not good but for THC it was a 10/10. Don't let me get started on how amazing the food I even have a lot of it packed for my home and everyone liked it so much A place worth visiting again

Did you know? When you include a hail and hearty burger in your day, it keeps your smile intact anyway. We tried the Chicken McGregor burger which had a spinach stuffed patty and was a little different than the usual one with a side of crispy fries and we can definitely say it was a little different and quite fulfilling. The next was Mahi Spl No. 7 Chicken Burger which is every chicken lovers dream as it had triple layers of chicken with veggies and a side crispy fries and if death by burger would choose its main character, it would be this burger. The mushroom cheese wrap had a distinct flavour which we really enjoyed with sauteed mushrooms with cheese wrapped in a soft tortilla. The grilled chicken wrap was stuffed with pieces of grilled chicken with onions and was a good snack you would enjoy any day and anytime. This place is highly recommended!

Truckers Halt Cafe has been one of my favourites for burgers. The taste they offer is amazing. I haven't tried other items though. However, the grilled veg sandwich is also amazing. You can also order from swiggy or zomato. I went there after a long time. They have improvised there sitting arrangement and it seems more beautiful than before. Yesterday when we went there nearing closing time, the staff waited for us before closing down. They are always polite and considerate. Cheers to this amazing place. A must visit place when in need of quality burgers in Dehradun. Let your cravings halt at Truckers Halt Cafe.

Food trucks are quite in trend, these days and Trucker's Halt Cafe has already proved its worth with a fantastic location right in front of Hotel Sunrise on Rajpur road. I love the seating space and the paparazzi of the comical creatures painted on the truck. The green grass and the blue sky contrasts well with the truck. I started with a brown girl shake. The name itself indicates that, it is a very common sweet beverage, named Cold coffee. Sunny days demand a refreshing glass of cold coffee and this one truly lived up to my expectations. With a stupendous filling of chicken and cheese, the cigars tasted brilliantly good. For a change in taste, you can switch over to different dips. I liked the Togarashi onion rings too. Those keep on reminding me my childhood memories where I used to play with these rings before eating it. Rose petals with Gulkand shake gave a tremendously amazing flavour and it looked really cute with a rose petal on top. I would suggest to have it during summers, only then you would be able to appreciate the taste. The cheesy affair of Mushroom cheese dumplings gave a pint of thrill on my tastebuds and it was so delicious that I packed it for my dinner as well. Chicken wings were crunchy, tasty and delish to the core. The dips made it really droolworthy and I would love to try it again and again. Hot chocolate is an important ritual and winters in Dehradun are just so incomplete without this very beverage. THC makes the perfect hot chocolate coffee which relaxes your soul and prepares you for a great week ahead. Mac n cheese exists because of its cheesy peasy ingredients and tandoori sauce tastes yummm when mixed well with penne pasta. I couldn't stop myself from having a whole bowl of Sambal sauce pasta because I admired the judicious amount of spices and other ingredients adorning the dish. Burgers are better when large. Agree or not? The big fat lamb redemption burger will make your lunch a fulfilling one but the peri peri fries will invoke your appetite for trying out THC's black panther and mushroom melt burger. Be it veg or non-veg, the patty and veggies will never let you down.

A small (and stable) food truck parked in a small premises in Rajpur road, serving variety of cuisines (snacks- to be precise), from falafel and hummus to pasta and burgers and sandwiches. Food- Pretty descent taste with really eonomic pricing. In any (or every)case you can customise your order. Every thing i ordered was good except the blueberry shake(one sip and left it as it is). Sitting capacity of around 10-12 people (in open space ), so don't expect privacy. And since it's an open space you really got to think before going there on a hot-humid or rainy day. Indeed you can try this place for your petty evening hunger or chill getogether sessions.

I really love exploring place knowing what new is cooking in my place, Dehradun. Whereas, I never had good food at Trucks but but but recently I did. This place is just loaded with yummiest burgers in town. Not only that, they have full varieties with them. You can check pictures for Menu. Moreover, graffiti and the seatings were so damn Lovely, that I fall in love with this place I went here with bunch of my friends and had a great time here, munching and doing lots of gossips . . P.S Do visit this place. Keep munching and Donot waste food.

Probably one of the most over hyped places in doon Ordered a spinach, corn and cheese grill sandwich which cost 180 and mushroom cheese balls which cost 220 with high expectations. But it was not good. Not even average. Almost no cheese in cheese mushroom balls and was quiet smelly. Spinach corn sandwich that barely had any spinach.

The place is amazing to spend some chill time with friends and along with it has great food by your table. The taste is also good here, best burgers and fries. The rates are also nominal. Overall the place is a must visit if you wanna just chill but do visit at night it looks more beautiful at that time.
