Hill dew camps uttarkashi

We stayed at Hill Dew Camps as a family group of 12, and it was a great experience. The food and breakfast were absolutely awesome -- everyone really enjoyed it! Some of our family members follow Jain food, and the staff arranged everything beautifully. They even managed a special breakfast request for someone observing a vrat, which we truly appreciated. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about their hospitality. The person managing the camp (Pant Bhai) was overall very sincere and responsible. He may not come off as overly friendly or talkative with guests, which some people might take personally, but honestly, it's not a problem -- he does his job well and that's what matters most. Overall: highly recommended and big thanks to Pant Bhai for making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Truly appreciated!

I stayed here on 31 May 2025 while going to Gangotri. And again on 02 June 2025 while coming back. We got a 4 bed tent. Pro: 1. River side stay. You can see Bhagirathi river from the lawn. Also the sound of flowing water keeps you calm and happy. 2. Budget stay option. 4 people stay for 2.5k in peak season. I consider it a dirt cheap deal. 3. Bang on Gangotri highway. No need to go inside the narrow lanes. Cons: 1. Food they provide is costly and prepared in an unhygienic kitchen. I witnessed the kitchens condition myself and decided not to have food here. 2. Since this is a budget stay, don't expect any luxury here. You will get very basic amenities. All in all it was a good stay considering the price we paid.

Absolutely bad experience. The owner is very rude, with absolutely no manners in how to talk to people. Rooms are very average for the price they charge. You can get better stays in Uttarkashi for a cheaper price, in the surrounding location. The food they offer is so basic, I couldn't even eat all of it. I strongly suggest not to book this, and search much better options available around it. Even the view around it is not that scenic, space feels kind of cramped!! Edited part after owner response: I hope the people reading this response can see "what type of person the owner is" after reading his reply. The woman he's disrespectfully talking about is an elderly woman who only questioned him on discourteous services. Scammer type mentality he has.

Hill dew camps was one of the best stays in our Uttrakhand trip... The main plus point was the view you can get from the camp site... You literally stay at the bank of Bhagirathi river... Service and food was also good ... Only thing I want to recommend is ensure proper flow of water in your bathrooms and give a hanger for clothes... Beside this everything was good...

Very nice place with specious camps, staff is supportive, vibe is very good here. Food is also good. Very good option to stay with family and friends

Hill Dew Camps Uttarkashi is indeed a dream like location .Himalayan peaks and gushing river in front of camps make this place heavenly beautiful. I strongly recommend this wonderful place to all nature lovers. Akhil ji the owner is an excellent host.

Great Place on the banks of Bhagirathi.... It's comfortable stay , worth for the money
