Dosa Plaza Punjabi Tadka Restaurant

We visited this place in the evening time and tried thali, Mysore masala dosa, regular dosa and paneer sabji with roti and paneer chilly. All of them were nice on taste but sambharchatani was average. Now talking about the service which was a bit slow maybe because of less staff. The food tastes were nice but the prices were a bit higher than the other restaurants. They keep the hygiene, but still, we could see insects near the seating area. Rest was ok ok. Overall, the experience was average.

This Dosa Plaza is just one black spot on the successful franchise who have their presence across the world. I ordered 1 sambhar with 4 vadas and garlic roast dosa. The vada are not made up of urad but both interior and exterior are different. The interior of vada made first and then dipped in corn flour or maida which is quite surprising. The garlic in the dosa is so overcooked that they have caramelized and tasted sweet. I have written a detailed email to Dosa Plaza HQ to take care of this outlet as the owner is ready to serve anything in the name of food other than food and charge exorbitantly. The emptiness of Dosa Plaza, Haridwar at 12:48pm shows that people already know what they are beingserved. I had to visit Vaango which is 100steps away to thwart the taste. I have written detailed review of Vaango, their food and how they are doing it better.

Ordered a mysore masala butter dosa and after finishing almost half of it I discovered a hair in the food. These restraunts dont take care of the necessary precautions, be it wearing head caps or anything else. Better avoid them if you want to stay free from infections!!

It's located just across the main entrance of Haridwar railway station. Tried sandwich uttapam, it was very delicious. Felt light but fulfilling at the same time. Definitely worth trying. Also ate spring roll dosa, was of average taste. If you are looking for South Indian food options near railway station, you may visit this place. The service is quite fast.

People looking for something fancy in the holy city of Haridwar can visit this place once. Quite close to the railway station, you can find an array of veg items from southindia to Chinese to Punjabi fusion. We ordered onion masala dosa, dahi ke kebab and some fusion dosa. Apart from the onion masala dosa other dishes were average in taste. Pocket pinch is also high as compared to nearby eateries.

Had a bad case of food poisoning couple of hours after eating from here. Leaving 3 stars because the taste was good and staff was courteous. Maybe the food poisoning issue was a one off thing. The place looks quite empty considering it's located at such a busy location - reminds one of the advice elders give : never eat at a place which is new for you and is empty. You never know how old the stocked items are.

Worst dosa I ever had No taste not even fresh. all food was prepared by premix I asked to change the dosa but the owner (aged uncle) behaviour was very very rude and started arguing with me. I left the food then and their. If you don't make good food atleast be nice with the coustomer . Shame on you guys I don't recomend this place to any one.

The behaviour of the staff was very rude and aggressive. The service was very very poor that we had to wait for around 15-20 mins for repeating the chapattis Some of the staff also used abusive language The experience of the other customers who were on near tables was also similar. So I would personally recommend not to go to this place in the worst situation also
