Ganga Lahari Haridwar

I stayed there with my family for a day. The experience was wonderful and the stay was very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities. The food at their restaurants is very tasty, hygienic and the staff is very polite and courteous. They try their best to accommodate all your requests. Would like to specially mention Shri Kailash Chand ji for his excellent service to us during lunch and dinner, for serving us food with so much love. The food experience is further enhanced by the amazing performance of the artists be it the live music and the guitarist at their rooftop restaurant or the sound of the flute during breakfast. I would also like to make a special mention of Shri Krishna Negi, Manager, Ganga Lahiri and Shri Lucky Goswami ji at Front Desk for ensuring that our stay is comfortable and for providing all the cooperation. |This was our second stay at this hotel and we were more than satisfied. We had an amazing stay at Ganga Lahari! The rooms were super cozy, clean, and really well looked after. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out -- everyone was so warm and welcoming.||The staff were fantastic -- always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. The service was smooth, and the place was spotless, which made us feel really comfortable and at ease.||The food was absolutely delicious! We loved the variety at The Patio -- every meal was a treat. The location couldn't be better either -- right by the Ganges and just a short walk to Har Ki Pauri and other spots.||For the kind of service and comfort we got, it felt like great value. Huge thanks to Mr. Krishna Negi (Manager) and the whole team -- everyone was so cooperative and friendly.||Totally recommend this place if you're visiting Haridwar. We're already looking forward to coming back next time!

We have been coming here regularly for many years. We only eat the Pahadi cuisine, and I must say, they do it very nicely. This is complemented by equally good service, which is fast, diligent, and caring. People like Mr. Kuldeep made the day. We would highly recommend the Patio at Ganga Lahari for it's Pahadi Cuisine and equally great service

It was an exceptional experience .at check in we were welcomed with a traditional welcome and were given the list of activities planned . The Bhajans , music at the patio with dinner was A+. The dinner had very delicious options with pani puri station. Morning breakfast with Flute was a perfect start for the day . Ganga was right at your doorstep to experience the spiritual side. Central location although it's a 500m walk from the car to the hotel. Luxurious facilities with the most captivating evening entertainment, the singer at the restaurant sealed it for me. I would go back there just to listen to his music. Rooftop restaurant with a good menu, listening to the Ganges and the people below, what more could you want.

Great location, courteous staff, and good service. The hotel was located very near to the tourist points at a walkable distance. The view of the Ganges and the tourist throughout the day was extremely good. Very well, laid out rooms and clean hotel.

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Service and Disrespectful Staff We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel's restaurant. Despite arriving on time, we had to wait for over an hour before any service began. When service finally started, the staff outright refused to serve food on plates, stating they were "too busy"--an excuse that's completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. To make matters worse, although the restaurant is advertised as being open to everyone, they were only serving food to in-house guests. This wasn't communicated upfront and felt misleading and discriminatory. Overall, the attitude of the staff and the complete lack of professionalism ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for decent service or hospitality.
