I recently hosted a party at The Second Wife in Shivalik Nagar, Haridwar, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't quite what I hoped for. We had an event planned for two consecutive nights, and while the ambiance was decent, there were some issues that really stood out. First off, on both nights, we were told to leave at midnight because it was their closing time. It felt a bit rushed since we weren't done enjoying ourselves. I understand that every venue has its rules, but it seemed a little early for a party to wrap up, especially on the second night when we were still having a good time. Speaking of the second night, the service was quite lacking. We noticed that the staff didn't attend to us as well as they did the previous night. It felt like they were more focused on closing up rather than ensuring our needs were met. The behavior of some staff members didn't help either, as they seemed a bit impatient and not very friendly. Overall, while the place has potential, I left feeling a bit disappointed. The closing time and service could definitely use some improvement if they want to create a more welcoming atmosphere for guests looking to have a good night out.
Nice hotel end so good experience best food in restaurant
Recently visited this hotel, I must say it is perfect for your gatherings and get toghether. the food was damn tasty. I tried their main course, starters( honey chilli potato, hakka noodles, spring roll) and all were so good. Amazing property to stay. Staff was pretty good.
Very bad taste.... Tasteless food...in soup only total 5 pieces of vegetable in it.... Never ordered food from here
Very bad...I ordered grilled sandwich online and got normal burnt sandwich.
they have very toxic environment, never go there because the customers that go there will start fight with you and the situation might get fatal
Good services is very slow
We went for dining there & in terms of food taste, they are very good but service is pretty slow Need to improve on that part I would say their pricing is also bit expensive, ambience is ok ok Overall it's good place to spend time with your family
