Hotel Vasudha

Hotel Vasudha is the best hotel in Uttarkashi city, beautifully located on the banks of ganga bhagirathi river. We stayed here with 8 of our family members for 2 nights. We had a very comfortable and memorable time with the hotel staff and owner, who are very helpful and courteous and well behaved. Rooms are very neat and tidy and the food too is very fresh, tasty and delicious.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. Except one staff rest were really nice and helpful. The food was not tht great but the stay and service maid up for it.

Stayed at this hotel with my family. It was a fine stay but with caveats. These may or may not affect your stay, choose at your discretion. Rooms Mostly good, standard 3 star hotel design which is nice. AC ia optional to choose. Host Polite and well spoken amicable person. Staff was polite as well. Ambience and surrounding Hotel was slightly a mess right from the checkin area because of the ongoing renovation work. It was noisy all the time during the day. Hotel is right in front of the Bhagirathi river, separated by a huge wall. On the hotel front you get good glimpse of the Garbage Dumpyard that has preceded the old road. String bridge is nearby to reach Manikarnika Ghat. Cleanliness This was the part I was little disappointed with. Bathrooms were clean, but room was completely covered in dust. It was visible on tables, besides, TV and set-top box, Kettle. Despite a clear 24 hour prior booking no one made sure to check see if room is clean. Dustbin was full of garbage in a ready for checkin room, I don't understand how. I doubted later if they really changed clean bedsheets. Food No chef, No food, just tea. Their chef was on holiday so had to look for food outside. Quite a discomforting experience especially, when you had a long drive and wanted something to eat on arrival. They'll promote their cafe at backside of the hotel, quite hip and modern place but food was Okish. Overall it could have been a good stay

Best Hotel in Uttarkashi town, very clean rooms, very cooperative staff and very tasty food. local market and kashi vishwanth temple are just in walking distance. River view rooms have the best view in the entire town. owners are also very helpful.

Very nice experience staying in this hotel. Owner Mr Vishal is very helpful and his guidance in sight seeing in and around uttara kashi was very useful. The hotel supporting staff are very pleasant. Mr Vipin took care of us well by providing good food . He is very well behaved. Overall all of them made us feel at home

We have used Vasudha Hotel for our clients and all guests were happy with the hotel. For Gangotri visit Uttarkashi is best place to stay for chardham yatra. Overall great value for money. We highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was seamless. The staff, especially Shri Bipin was extremely prompt and responsive to our requirements. Construction around the hotel was a bit troublesome because of the noise. Overall, a worthwhile stay.
