If u want to get disgusted with every order you're trying to make for your lunch! You're MOST WELCOME here ! We came in peak lunch hours only to be known that Tandoor burns up at 4pm ! Waah ! No pet bottles are given for coke making a loot of 50rs for 150ml of coke ! Not recommended for lunch !

Terrible Experience - Rude Manager, Cash-Only, and Unprofessional Behavior I recently had the displeasure of visiting Moonlight Restro near Aryanagar Chowk Haridwar for my Son's first Birthday, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The manager's behaviour was beyond rude and unacceptable, and the overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend any of my peers for that place. First and foremost, upon arriving at the restaurant around 8:30 PM, I was shocked to learn that they only accepted cash and refused to accept any form of card payment. In this day and age, it is simply absurd for any establishment, especially a restaurant, to not accept card payments. This inconvenience was made even worse by the fact that it was late at night, and finding an ATM nearby was a real hassle. To add insult to injury, the restaurant's lift was switched off, forcing my elderly mother to climb down four flights of stairs. This lack of consideration for the well-being and comfort of their patrons is utterly unacceptable. It is not only inconvenient but also potentially dangerous for individuals who may have mobility issues or health concerns. When I finally managed to reach the restaurant and voiced my dissatisfaction to the manager, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, they engaged in an argument with the customers. This unprofessional behaviour only served to further aggravate the situation and demonstrated a complete lack of customer service skills. As if these issues weren't enough, the cherry on top was the fact that no discount or compensation was offered to make up for the inconveniences we experienced. This lack of consideration for the customer's plight is a clear indication of the restaurant's disregard for their patrons' satisfaction. Overall, I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was at Moonlight Restro. The rude manager, the cash-only policy, the lack of concern for the well-being of customers, and the absence of any attempt to rectify the situation were all factors that contributed to a deeply unsatisfactory visit. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment unless they are willing to endure a night of frustration and disappointment. I sincerely hope that the management of Moonlight Restro takes this feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more pleasant and customer-friendly experience in the future.
