Good hotel with rooms that are big and clean. Food in the restaurant is very good. Decent breakfast spread. Staff is courteous and will ensure a Comfortable stay. Contact Mr Wajid for bookings. He will ensure you get the best experience while at Anannya. A must recommend for all kinds of travellers

The reception staff's behavior was extremely poor. They requested checkout without any prior notice, which was quite unprofessional. Considering the subpar service, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The experience was thoroughly disappointing and left a lot to be desired."

I had a terrible experience as the internet was not working, making it difficult to stay connected or get any work done. On top of that, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Hotel Ananya Regency - A Disappointing Stay My recent stay at Hotel Ananya Regency in May 2025, booked under the impression of it being a 4-star establishment with a Premium Room and MAP plan, unfortunately, fell significantly short of expectations. The reality of the hotel did not align with the promised standards, revealing numerous issues that impacted the overall experience. Upon arrival and throughout the stay, several basic amenities and maintenance standards were notably absent or subpar. In the room, essential items like hand towels were not provided. The bathroom showed clear signs of neglect with wall plaster peeling off and sanitary fixtures that were leaking. Functionality was also an issue, with the reading lamps in the bedroom not working and the water kettle failing to operate correctly. The room itself did not offer the promised view of a plush garden, which was disappointing. Furthermore, the presence of a significant number of mosquitoes in both the reception area and the room was a constant nuisance. Basic facilities like an intercom in the bathroom were missing, and there was no coincerage service available. The dining experience, part of the MAP plan, was below average in terms of quality, although the portion sizes were adequate. The breakfast buffet starting at 7:45 am is quite late for travelers needing to depart early, limiting flexibility. Technological provisions also presented challenges. While Wi-Fi was available, it suffered from intermittent connectivity issues, and the speed was relatively slow at around 15 Mbps. The in-room television was a modest 32 inches. Beyond the room and basic services, the hotel lacked several facilities commonly associated with a 4-star rating. There was no valet parking available, no swimming pool for relaxation, and no gymnasium for guests wishing to maintain their fitness routine. Overall, based on the multitude of issues ranging from basic room amenities and maintenance to service deficiencies and lack of expected facilities, Hotel Ananya Regency in May 2025 did not deliver on the promise of a 4-star experience. The stay was marked by numerous inconveniences and a general sense that the property was not well-maintained or equipped to handle guest expectations commensurate with its advertised rating.

A Good experience with the good hospitality with good supporting staff rooms are also good & this is most premium hotel of the town with having all major facilities a great wedding destination if you are looking to book

Very nice....I liked it so much.... Rooms are nice.... Staffs behavior is very good... Food is also tasty..... Highly recommend.....

The experience was good! But the water bottles served to me along with many others were not sealed, which is not trustable!
