I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional--staff members were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay extremely comfortable. The hotel offered a fantastic mix of amenities: a delicious breakfast and dinner spread, great shopping and dining options nearby, a relaxing park, and even a refreshing swimming pool. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect--close to everything I needed, yet peaceful at night. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning soon.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel, with exceptional service, comfortable and spotless rooms, and incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Overall the Hotel is nice....But the room is not good specially the attached bathroom is very old nd needs lot of renovation...One more thing the card locks of every room is not working properly once they are close they did not open nd vice versa need to be change immediately...

Me and my friends from IIM Kashipur had booked a large number of rooms for an extended period of time. Needless to say, it was a very wise decision. The Hotel has all the amenities that one may need. Very clean and hygienic with support staff always available for anything that the guests may need. Mr Bhanot was always ready for us and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Food served here is very tasty and we enjoyed both veg and non veg food. If anyone is traveling to Kashipur then definitely consider staying at Gautami Heights.

Had a fantastic stay. Much affordable and better services than the so-called 3 star hotels in Kashipur. Was an amazing experience. Tarun sir went above and beyond to help us students be comfortable when we visited IIM-Kashipur for special lectures and stayed at Gautami Heights
