Hotel Kanha Ji

The hotel feels more like an old hostel. The buckets are dirty, the toilet light doesn't work, and the food is just average. Basic amenities like hair oil, a toothbrush, or a proper bath kit are missing. Considering the high price, the provided amenities are inadequate. While the staff's excellent behavior is the main reason I visit regularly, the overall experience does not justify the cost.

Memory is a treacherous thing, can't completely trust it after all these years. i had traveled here when COVID restrictions were coming to an end. For the quality of service on offer, this hotel is overpriced, at least back when i had visited. The food was serviceable, nothing to write home about. The washroom was servicieable, the towels didn't look particularly clean but weren't the worst either. The toiletries were clearly sulphonate based but were somehow labeled 'herbal'. Fun stuff (see video). They hadn't been replenished either. But let's say there were mitigating factors due to COVID. It will do the job for a night i suppose. In the hotel rating parlance I'd say it's about a 2.5 star but the pricing is comparable to a 3-star hotel. The staff was a bit brusque and iffy to deal with, it made it seem like the hotel was run by some strongmen type folks.

My Family was there during natural disasters... Pathetic service, phone was not on working condition.. The food is so expensive.. N so worst .. No electricity was there, staff se complain karne k baad they told... We have no fuel for generator so we can't start... Bus 1,2 ghante ke liye he de sakte h....not good service even nt giving the wifi password.. Overall Nothing good about it....

Very neat and clean area

Room was good but it could be better like bed was really hard(im comparing the same price hotel), betting sheet was pretty old, even wondow AC was not looking in good condition. Other then this, i really like the room service of the staff. Location wise it is in good place and parking is good as well.

A bit costly for the room and food prices. Electricity issue was there but hotel staff was very helpful. Please improve your food. Food doesn't live up to the cost standards.
