POP 91602 Sunder Bagh Palace

Attended a marriage party, my observations are as follows: 1. Ample parking space but not maintained, lot of garbage and no Pucca Road, by the time you reach venue your shoes will be full of dirt. 2. Lawn is good and can accommodate 500+ guests. 3. Decoration was good . 4. Service was good. 5. Snacks & live chaat stalls were good but main course was okay types. By the time we finished our dinner, there was no ice cream left. Overall a okay experience.

Nice restaurant I visited with my friends for a party my observations are as follows. Pros 1. The ambiance of the restaurant is very good. 2. The test of the food is also very good. 3. Service is also fast. 4. Staff is also professional. 5. The price point of the food is also good. 6. Very large area is available for kids playing. 7. You can also organise bag parties in this restaurant. Cons 1. This restaurant slitly out side of kichcha so you can reach only the personal vehicle at nite time. 2. Only veg menu is available so non vegetarian person Don't have non vegetarian foods options. Must recommend place for kiccha and rudrapur persons who looking for good budget restaurant.

This is an Excellent place for Destination functions.. wonderful management.. Amazing ambience.. Food quality is good for Indian food, but can be further improved for Chinese.

This is a great place to celebrate all type of functions and it has a very big area where they set up stalls in marriage. Staff is good as well as the management is good. Additionally, it has a good parking space so that visitors won't face any problems in parking.

My experience dealing with the person who is running this palace is, he is totally unprofessional and not ready to listen to you and rude and stubborn. Also if you have not done any professional course which deals with this kind of work, and don't have good experience working in big hotel chains, then you won't understand the importance of professionalism. From the starting this guy was not ready to provide proper detail on paper, and when we booked this venue and given booking amount then after 4,5 we don't like his behaviour and had doubt that he is surely going to create mess during our function. Then we requested him to refund our amount. He denied to return it with a unprofessional reply " is business mai ese he deal hota hai ek baar Paisa aaya to wapas nahi hota". Once This happened ,then I met many PPL who booked this venue in past and here is their experience. 1) he took hidden charges at the end of our function saying 10k for cleaning the venue and he stopped the cook team to enter the venue as verbally assured. 2) He don't have any professional degree and experience so he can charge x,2x,3x based on his mood and choice. I would recommend ppl to explore rudrapur and only go for venues where the owner is professional and well behaved. In my openion this place is just a good pice of design( front portion) rest nothing special.

Sundar Bagh Palace is located on Darau Road Kichha. It has a big lawn for marriage/parties/ other events. It's has many luxury rooms for stay purposes. A very big Indoor Hall is also there for In-house parties. Common Restrooms are also available outside Hotel. Parking is available here but need little bit improvement. Overall this place is a good option for big events having gathering of 2000 peoples.

Very rude staff, they wont even switch on power supply unless you explicitly find them and ask for it. Even post that you'll receive rude comments and they'll treat you like they are letting you stay for free at their mercy. Not recommended!
