4 stars because of the great staff, ever ready for your feedback and their improvement. Orea shake was great, just the pizza was not that great but they asked for our feedback and genuinely worked upon it because when ee went there the next day, pizza tasted better! Plus they are very flexible with their offers. There was a medium pizza free with a medium pizza but we were unable to eat two so they offered it to us two days later! Thank you pizza bite.

Worst pizza franchise in KOTDWAR... I ORDERED NEARLY EVERY WEEKEND, EVERY FRIDAY, THREE TIMES IN A ROW I RECIEVED BURNT PIZZA.. THIRD CLASS QUALITY AND SERVICE. THEN THEY SAY THAT "WE'LL SEND REPLACEMENT". THERE'S NO POINT IN THAT. PLEASE FOLLOW MY ADVICE N DONT ORDER FROM THIS. DO CHECK THE PICS OF THEIR DELICIOUS PIZZA.

Pizza quality is not up to the mark, The toilet is disgusting, and an odour smell comes out the side in the seating area. They are not maintaining hygiene in the cooking area. Unknown people come over there and chat and then go like a local roadside Dhaba. I am giving two stars for the Delivery guy. The following are all over hygiene and safety measures.
