Hotel Grand Kailash

Good ambience. Good location. Good staff. Good services. Having two restaurants with a range of menu of delicious meals. Although tv with dth is installed in the room, dth is not recharged. There was some issue of water supply at wash basin on the 4th floor restaurant. Overall a nice place to stay.

It has always been a good experience staying here. Location is amazing. Service is good and food is awesome too. We stayed in family suite. Room was spacious. 4 star for room just because the toilets could be managed better.

Hotel owner either have to train or upgrade their front office people especially "Kanchan" First of all they don't pick up the registered number, second when you connect with them to reserve the room the attitude and arrogance she throws at the guests no body would want to stay in your hotel and because of all this guests like us will definitely tell others not to book any of your property

Well trained staff overall very good service receptionist Ms Ristika has very soft nature

We really had great time. With awesome hospitality and food served. Vikki in restaurant is so gentlemen so is all staff at reception.

Room was OK OK but very over priced.... Better option available at more affordable price. Breakfast was included but they provide only single item with single portion
