The good reviews are 100% fake. Please do not believe them. The rooms are dirty. You do not even get basic things like a kettle and tea bags. During extreme cold, they could not even arrange a heater for us, which was chargeable, and we had agreed to pay for it. Most of the time, they do not want to cook. One day, I had to go to their dirty kitchen to cook Maggi for breakfast. On most nights, we only had to eat dal chawal. We never ate there during the afternoon. On most mornings, we could not find anyone to place an order. The experience was horrible! We had to stay there just because we had paid 'MakeMyTrip' in advance.
Best place. Delicious food. Amazing view. Situated in the middle of mountains. Great service. Best amenities. Great ambiance. Overall it's a very very nice place. I think whoever plans to visit Nainital should stay here eat here and enjoy it. This is the best place for everything you need within budget.

I visited Nainital for 3 days and stayed in the mountain pine for 3 nights with family. Service is very good, and behavior of hotel staff is also very good. Hotel charges are reasonable compared to other hotels in Kilbury Road. Food of this hotel is very tasty and reasonable. I highly recommended this hotel for stay.
