Food is decent with lots of variety but service is not good. You need to call the boy after each and every sec for water for napkin for order as if we are having the food at free of cost. I gave him 3 star just because of taste of food was good. Overall experience was not good.

This is pure veg restaurant on the lake side . Nice restaurant to dine out . Gulab Jamun that I've ordered was particularly very soft and awesome .

Awesome pure veg experience. They need to improve on their service. It's a normal dine-in and budget friendly veg option. Food tastes great.

We had a very bad dining experience at this place and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone . We ordered for a pineapple juice and they served us some packed juice of some brand in a very small glass for Rs 70 which would have normally costed less than 20. The food they served was tasteless and not upto standard quality. The fried rice was not cooked well and the manjurian was just bland. Moreover the price was too high. I didn't find neither the restaurant ambience nor the staff service commendable enough except for a short magic performance by an artist .

I visited the place for lunch seeing the crowd inside. But the place was not hygienic and the wash area was really dirty. Everything we ordered was a big flop. The food was bland and the price too high. They don't serve fresh juice, instead they serve packed juice in a tiny glass at an extremely high price. In total the place was a total waste of money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you are really particular about getting jain food.

Really Helpful Staff and Team , This is my personal Experience visited the Nainital last Holi . Customer Service is not the thing which only written in Center's Standard operating Procedures . Its some thing related to provide customer Satisfaction to Customer Delight , beyond the box or Extra mile . Food Quality is Excellent , Staff Behavior is Fantastic , Hygiene Standards are brilliant . Customer Service is Delighted .

Very famous restaurant, food was not upto the mark, ordered punjabi thali, pulav had smoked taste. Buttermilk was good. Expensive for the quality. Staff was les than friendly, they wanted to get rid of customers soon. Restrooms are very small. Many othrr goof veg hotels in the area.
