Their responsiveness and positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Clean and comfy hotel in city centre|We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Arthur. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderfull breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre.Friendly and personal service|The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.Very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, I arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Breakfast buffet better than expected. Room basic but clean and comfortable.

Very Unprofessional - Avoid This Hotel||I stayed at Hotel 24 New Bharat, Nainital and have been requesting a bill for 3 days -- they kept ignoring my calls and giving false promises. Now they're suddenly asking for GST separately, which makes no sense. Every professional hotel includes GST in the bill (I'm attaching proof from another hotel in Haridwar).||The staff is rude and completely unprofessional. No accountability, no respect for guests. I strongly do NOT recommend this place.

Room was nice staff members was also good. overall service was better ..|Place is not far from the market and mall road . Nainital is good place to visit with family weather was quiet good ...I enjoyed breakfast sitting in terrace it give a Birds Eye view of city and lake

Very bad experience with the rooms... Geyser was not working as they don't have any power backups if electricity goes. Rooms and bedsheets werw not clean at all. Even the doormat was not in the room or washroom. Staff is good except the reason mentioned above. Food was ok ok.
