Machan Restaurant

I recently dined at Machan, and had an amazing experience. The food quality and taste were exceptional, making it a must visit spot for anyone in the area. Prices are slightly on the higher side, the overall experience justifies the cost. The staff were courteous and service was good, adding to the pleasant dining atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This restaurant lets you enjoy the beautiful Nainital Lake view while having Lunch / Dinner. Unlike other over-hyped places, the food quality and taste was amazing. You might need to wait to get the seating on the lake side as they have limiting seating capacity, it's half with lake view and half on another side to be precise.

First thing first, 5 star for the food. The taste of food was the best, I have to say it, it was worth every penny. Next thing, I ordered Mix veg Makhni, and the bill they gave me was for Paneer kofta in Makhni Gravy. I know I should have looked at the bill at that time, but I didn't. So, it is nothing a big deal to me, but when I texted the owner, he said it was Matar paneer and later on didn't even text me back and neither helped to try at least once. So please make sure you look at the bill every time you visit there.

It was a good restaurant near by Naina lake. The view from its window is beautiful direct to the lake and golden trees on the road. The food is also amazing and big portion. I ate alone that time, left some naan and chicken Kali mirchi. It is affordable for 2 or 3 people.

The only good thing in the entire dinner was the water and the side onion. The food was so bad it literally ruined the whole day for me. The food was looking good and was served nicey. All the waiters were polite except one. But the worst part was while we were eating food people were literally standing on the head of our table for the seat to get empty and one of them even sat down. Like it should be managed by them I feel. Over priced food and good ambience.

If you are afoody its the right place to eat, Good food with reasonable rates, i visoted this resturant after 20 years, it still serves quality. A must go.

Excellent food and quick service along with the scenic Nainital view makes this place a great choice for foodies like me. The ambience was also matching. Neatness and cleanliness was impressive. Price is on the upper side but the amount is quite heavy.

Went there on my latest short trip to Nainital and asked them to make one paneer tikka tawa masala spicy and specialty told them to make it little spicy but when the dish arrived there no salt and only red chillies The taste of the dish was below average Don't know how they are running this outlet on this much prime location Never going to them ever
