This is one of the best restaurants located in the mall road at Nainital. A very cleanly maintained hotel. There is multi various selection of menu for all Asian vegetarian foods Specially South Indian Food ,We had our lunch in this restaurant. The food was hot, tasty. The service staff were very prompt in attending the customers with their smiling attitude. The rates are moderate. Here all types of food available including the pure vegetarian Jain food.
The ambiance was not that much good very much noise , crowdy atmosphere. I started with the cold coffee, and it was very bad , For my main course, I opted for the masala dosa and it was okay okay . The service was very late- our waiter was not attentive . While the price was a bit pocket friendly than I expected.
I wasn't impressed with the Chinese food here. The taste felt very bland and not at all authentic--sauces were too heavy and the vegetables didn't seem fresh. The noodles were overcooked and oily, and the fried rice lacked flavor. What bothered me more was the hygiene. Tables weren't cleaned properly between customers, and the floor felt sticky. Even the cutlery didn't look very clean, which was off-putting. Overall, the experience wasn't great. I wouldn't recommend it unless they seriously work on food quality and cleanliness.
A bit extra spicy food if you go with the chef specials. Service of chapatis was extremely slow. However, the food was good.
Had an amazing dinner here the man who served us was Sandeep took care of everything. The taste is super delicious tried rava masala dosa which was best and masala veg uttapam was yummy. The tea is costly but good in taste with flavours of adrak and ilaichi. Must have butter toast if having breakfast.
Purohit restaurant is a pure vegetarian restaurant situated on Mall road. We ordered pav bhaji and it was great.Overall good experience you can definitely visit here with your family or friends.
Disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was abysmal, with staff behavior being extremely rude. The food taste was just okay, but the poor service overshadowed everything. Not recommended until they work on their customer service skills.
Food is good in taste, quality and quantity is fine. The restaurant beside this is the Embassy which seems to have the same kitchen/owner.
