We visited The Chocolate Room in Nainital and we loved it. The ambience is great (totally instagram worthy), the food is yum, has loads of variety. Taste is also great, freshly cooked and served with love. The chocolate bomb was the highlight for the kids, while we enjoyed the hot chocolates the most. Must visit when you are on the Mall road

Ambience is good. Staff is polite. Hazelnut drink was very nice and kids liked it. Veg Pizza and Veg grill sandwiches were also good. The prices are high. Please note that you may find it open early but food is not available before 11 AM.

Heaven for chocolate lovers amazing taste must visit

Chocolate lovers can explore this place. Several items made up of chocolate are available. During our (with my friends) visit to Nainital, we explored this place and ordered a few things. We were excited about the chocolate bomb but it was too sweet though the presentation was stunning. Loved the ambience inside as well. My friends celebrated my birthday with a cake ( chocolate truffle) from here and the taste was excellent. Overall, it is worth visiting.

The overall experience was slightly above average, only because of the food. The staff, especially the person attending to us, seemed least interested and least bothered. He had no smile on his face and was serving the food just for the sake of it. It was very disappointing. Hence, the overall experience was almost average. The food was good and tasted really nice. However, the portion size was way too small.

Had a cup of chocolate in the cold and breezy weather. It was perfect! The waffles, hot chocolate and peri peri fries. The waffles were so yum right amount of hot and cold ad the taste was sooo good. I have had waffles at many places but this has been the best.
