Stay Away from This Terrible Hotel!This is hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The service is absolutely pathetic--dirty, disorganized, and downright disrespectful. The staff treats tourists like they're there to be robbed rather than served. They clearly have no idea what customer service means.The manager, in particular, was shockingly rude, showing off his local attitude as if it gives him the right to mistreat guests. This level of arrogance and unprofessionalism is beyond unacceptable.If you value your money and sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel. They have zero respect for their guests and no concept of basic hospitality. Worst hotel ever!

Worst service. Very dirty service. Till today I have never seen such a worst hotel. There is no respect for talking, they have robbed the tourists. Shows the attitude of being local. The manager said, I will see who gives you a room in Pauri.

I visited Pauri Garhwal a few days back with 8 others and stayed in this hotel. The staff were few but their services were appreciable. Rooms were well maintained with cozy decorations and cleanliness. The view from the back side rooms of the hotel were mind blowing as you can see mountains from there only. Located in middle of the town so that you can hang out in local market as well.

Umesha Hotel is located in Pauri on the Kotdwar road and near to Pauri bus stand. There are various types of rooms. The rooms on the back side have a great view of the Himalayan range and the valley. It is a wonderful view. It also overlooks on the market. The rooms in the front are overlooking the main market. The rooms in between are dingy with no ventilation or natural light. The restaurant is closed and one has to go out to eat. However good restaurants are nearby. It is just opposite to SBI.

IT IS GOOD TO NIGHT STAY AND POCKET FRIENDLY TOO ,ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE, AND ALSO HAVE THE GOOD LANDSCAPE VIEW FROM HERE,SPECIALLY RISING SUN IN THE MORNING

No water at night..... Food was not even upto the mark n tariff's are not according to the room they are providing to the customers... Overall experience was bad for me

Worst service by hotel owner pant and his staff. No cleaning in the hotel room. Food is below to average. Very disappointed stay...
