Location is prime can give much and much better customer experiences must have some quality rooms ...as already shortage of good hotels in main town
As per the rate rooms are okay. There requires Mentains in The landline,Lights etc.I forget the name of manager. He was very polite.As a hotel there should have been peace, the idols were abusing after drinking alcohol.
Hi Folks, Rooms and Inhouse restaurant is really good and at a affordable price. Most importantly the owner Mr Nagarkoti Ji is very polite and down to earth. Very nice ambience of the restaurant must try when you visit pithoragarh.
The hotel is still in construction and we were the first to stay here. Geyser were not there in this cold weather and instead of asking thrice for the hot water we couldn't get it. Rooms were neither broomed nor mopped. They charged more for the order we made for coffee and bisleri
Very good infrastructure but not maintained. Bed sheets have many spots. Blankets are dirty. Toilet fittings are damaged.
Very bad stay, not good. Dirty rooms with horrible service.
