This place has it all. Great location near the bus station but with rooms (mine anyway) away from the road facing the town nestled scenicly in the hills. Magic. They were very friendly in the lobby and the owner was keen to chat. Very nice room, unique in my experience of Indian hotels, in that it is perfectly maintained! 21st October 2024 - Best location in Pithoragarh and previously had best experience however recently they have some staff changes. I personally find very rude people now working here. When I checked in I was asked very wierd questions like where are you coming from I told them and the. I asked if someone can help me to pick my bag but no one came they didnt care even when I was with my 60 yr mom and 9 yr son. then I found they sell 1 piece of lollipop was 120 which price of 1/2 kg chicken in uttrakhand. Then I ordered some beverages 30 mins before their kitchen closes where they said it will be delivered in few mins and when is asked 15 mins before kitchen closes then the assured that their waiter is not here and they will send it when he returns. When it was time they actually acted like they can't do anything as their staff already left. They could only help you if you have cash, I even told them this is bad experience and I will put bad review then their attendant said ok and hang off

I took room for 2 days. Rooms are decent and staffs behaviour is very good. And view from hotel is also amazing. If I say about food, it is tasty but little bit costly. They have separate floor for food and bar that is amazing but if family and kids comes will get to hear abusive from other drunk customers because they talk louder that is not good.

Worst experience and worst service ever. No importance to customer. Customer are judged basis the room they booked. Very rude staff they do not care about customer booking unless booked higher priced room or given additional tips or money

Very decent stay and affordable pricing. They have a restaurant as well which serves good food

Decent rooms with a pleasant view and a bar and restaurant at the 5th floor is cherry on top. The staff is also humble and well spoken

Let me start by saying that my experience at Hotel Mall Palace was far from satisfactory. The lack of hygiene was evident throughout the premises, which left me feeling quite disappointed. Moreover, I encountered a few instances of rude behavior from the staff members, which further added to my frustration during my lunch. I strongly advise against wasting your precious time by choosing this establishment for your food and accommodation needs.

I have stayed in this place twice and although I went for the most economical room as a good night was what I needed before continuing my journey, I found the rooms and washroom decently clean and moderately priced as well. I loved the bar though, as well as food options and quality.
