Wonderful Stay - Highly Recommended! Our experience at Corbett Panorama Resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and professional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and spotless surroundings. The food was delicious, offering a good variety and authentic flavors that we thoroughly enjoyed. What really stood out was the professionalism and attentiveness of the entire team - always ready to help with a smile, ensuring that every small request was taken care of promptly. Whether you're visiting with family or friends, this resort is a perfect getaway for a relaxing and enjoyable time in Jim Corbett. Highly recommended!

Went to the property with a couple of family members. First and foremost, the directions to approach should have been clearly marked. Front of the property is a bit disappointing with only a small parking segment. Room's at the backside were however clean and the staff courteous and helpful. The pool has kids area so that was good. Food quality was decent. Activity room could have been improved. No facility of drying the clothes which should have been provided. Lighting and landscape sitting could be improved. Overall an average place which could be suitable to people having no need for any shop nearby and just looking for a serene space away from the city life.

Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to poor management and misleading booking practices. We had clearly requested a garden-side ground floor room, as we were traveling with an infant and a 5-year-old child. I even called the day of our arrival to reconfirm, and was assured that the room was reserved as per our request. However, upon reaching, we were told that no such room was available and were instead offered a pool-side room on a different floor. When we expressed our concern, the staff simply said, "Either adjust in this room or cancel your booking." No apology, no effort to resolve the issue -- just their usual scripted line: "Sorry for the inconvenience caused." This kind of false commitment and unprofessional attitude from the management is unacceptable. They show no regard for the guest's comfort, especially when traveling with small children. We stayed for two nights, and this issue completely ruined our experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and guest-friendly stay.

I had an amazing stay at Corbett Panorama Resort! The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the forest and mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. It's the perfect getaway for nature lovers looking to relax and rejuvenate. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

The WORST experience! The resort is in a jungle, far from the city. Don't ask me about the service, they don't have proper and adequate staff and didn't even provide water early in the morning around 5.30 am. But yes, as we were late for breakfast due to our jungle safari, they did hold our breakfast after our request.

I recently booked this property through Google Maps based on the pictures, as all the good properties were sold out. However, my experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived late, I was shocked to see the entrance--it was nothing like the pictures. The front looked extremely small and uninviting, which was a stark contrast to the grand images shown online. The backside was bigger, but overall, the property was misleading in its online representation. The service was terrible. There was only one person managing everything--reception, security, and other tasks. I barely saw more than two or three staff members. At night, I called for water multiple times, but no one answered. In the morning, when I went to the reception, I was told there was no bottled water available, only regular water. While I don't blame the staff, as they are just doing their job, this is a serious management issue. The location is also a concern. The property is in the middle of a village with no proper fencing, no security guard, and only short boundary walls of about five feet. It does not feel safe at all, especially for solo travelers or families with daughters. Parking is limited to passenger cars, and the place lacks basic amenities. The bathrooms were below average, and considering the high prices, this place is simply not worth it. Unfortunately, my car also got punctured, and there were no repair shops nearby, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, I had a bad experience, and I strongly advise travelers--especially solo female travelers or families--to avoid this property. It lacks safety, proper service, and is overpriced for what it offers. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
