Jims Grill

As one of the two restaurants in the Taj Corbett the service is exactly as you would expect from a Taj hotel - faultless and with a smile. I had the pot roast chicken...scrumptious, though a few more vegetables would have gone down well. The families tend to use the Tree Top restaurant more, so Jim's Grill is a more relaxed option. The Tusker bar is adjacent and offers a wide choice of drinks.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Jim's Grill Taj hotel, Corbett and I must say, the ambience was absolutely amazing. The setting was perfect. The Lotus Stem and Timil Kebab were delicious and soft, truly a delight to the taste buds. The Dal Makhani and Chicken Makhani, while not as rich as you might expect from some of the industry's best, were still quite enjoyable. They were surprisingly light on the stomach, which was a refreshing change from the usual heavy, buttery versions. Perfect if you're looking for something that won't weigh you down, but still hits the spot. The Moomg Dal Halwa was well-made, with just the right sweetness and consistency. However, the garnish left something to be desired. A simple roasted almond would have elevated the presentation, instead of the regular almonds they used. Now, about the service--well, that's where things got interesting. I'd like to commend their generosity: they somehow managed to forget two items from my bill. I pointed one out immediately, but the second one didn't even register until I got home. It was a nice little surprise, though, I'm sure it was just their way of giving me an impromptu discount. How thoughtful! Overall, a great experience with a few quirks, but I'd happily return for the food--and to see what else they might "forget" next time.

as we entered the hotel, we were welcomed by the fo department, then we were again welcomed by Mr ritik in jims grill and that was a memorable experience as we got a good knowledge of bar and local drinks as explained by mr ritik the manager there. my personal favourite was Himalayan trout cocktail and a finger licking jerk spice chicken taj at its best as always ,loved it will visit again soon

The desirable and pleasent place to have lunch. The atmosphere is so nice and the service . The loveable place for to visit back and back again. And that jerk spice chicken was so juicy and delicious, it was... Service staff help out with the best to choose their best serving dish and which was a heaven on plate.
