Bamboo'z Rooftop

One of a kind rooftop Bar cum Restaurant in Rudrapur where you can find young crowd and family as well. Nice place to hangout with friends. Ambience is nice though food needs improvement.

The worst party of this year was with my family because I went to this restaurant but I had ordered your kadhai paneer. What did I get instead of kadhai paneer, I got only oranges and cream.

The worst experience you can get...ordered a mocktail and received a cocktail instead, after some time the waiter came and told that it was someone else's order. He still gave that leftover drink to another person. The poor service that you cant even imagine, snacks are also not up to the mark..

I don't like even a single thing their the food taste is very bad and the mojito is too much tasteless I can't expect the wastage of money is their if we go I think so

Nice place hangout especially at night. Great atmosphere with music all time.

If you need a good experience, donot go to Bamboo'z. It will only ruin your night and money. Go to Sky9 instead. Food: 1/5 Staff Handling: 0/5 (waiters don't even know the menu) Atmosphere: 3/5 (Good views) Service and Hospitality: 0/5 (Waited 20 minutes of one roti) Accountability for bad customer experience: 0/5 (Nobody takes any accountability for this bad experience) I have been to many rooftops but no rooftop disappointed me like this one. This is quite unreal that half of the menu items are unavailable and service is delayed as well. Waiters have no idea about what is on the menu and also have no idea about what is available and what is not. Looking at their condition I'm sure about these problems: 1. Staff dependency is high and staff is very unstable. New staff is not trained and well fed with customer handling. 2. Management is changing which result in changing restaurant vision and leadership. 3. This restaurant has very very low footfall and depends mainly on parties and gatherings of over 20 people. Maybe it serves less than 7-12 tables a day. Why it matters to us..customers? The food they serve is cold stored (deep frozen) and the things that you are eating is nearly 5-6 days old. Conclusion: You should go there if you need a good view from the rooftop. Don't expect good food or Hospitality. I'll recommend Sky9 over this rooftop because it offers more affordable pricing with exceptional customer experience. Alcohol is also affordableat Sky9 and all alcohol options are available at Sky9 unlike here which majority of the menu was unavailable.
