We placed a prepaid order from Tons Food Park through Zomato at 10:36 PM, expecting timely delivery. However, despite waiting for over an hour, we did not receive the order even by 11:48 PM. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of response from the restaurant. We tried reaching out multiple times, but there was no communication or update from their side. In the end, the restaurant cancelled the order without any explanation or apology. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Very bad experience with Tons Food Park. We hope Zomato takes strict action and ensures better accountability from partner restaurants in the future.

Just had lunch there. The service was terrible. The table where we ate was dirty and unkempt. The service staff were rude and just plain ignored our requests to talk to the manager. This place has a great atmosphere about 2 years ago. But today it has gone downhill completely.

The staff here is very good and the food is very delicious. Lots of space for parking here too. All of you should also visit this restaurant once, a lot of care has been taken about cleanliness.

Good place to dine in near Nanda kih chowki premnagar... family and kids friendly....ample parking space available....good food served with nominal price and quantity.....outdoor and indoor seating facilities available......also small functions can be organised here like birthday parties, anniversary celebrations.

Good place for dining kids ample seating area outdoor as well as indoor. Veg and non veg food is available. Good landscape. Location is good on road. On the way to chakrata from dehradun. Distt dehradun. Large parking area, no problem of parking.
