Hotel Solitaire

It was a pretty bad experience honestly 1. We asked for a booking of 3 rooms and at last moment the owner (number provided of hotel) said only 2 rooms were available 2. Rooms requested were Ac but the same happened and one room was AC and one was not. 3. AC was not even working properly and the owner was pretty rude with his response. 4. Even the washroom pots were shaky. 5. They didn't even have extra beds for all of us. All these problems were in the most expensive room of hotel Overall, things were a lot different than requested and pretty bad but staff was polite but the owner was just straight up rude once problems were told. Won't recommend it to anyone unless you are out of options

Budget hotel but not recommended if you are travelling with family. Rooms are full of damp and paint is coming out of walls due to that. Bedsheets had stains all around. Pan masalas in the corners that too inside the room. You have to life your luggage by yourself. So considering all the facts, not at all recommended to a family person.

Staff is helping nature and very polite. Service is excellent. I stayed here with my family

It's nice place to dine out and budget friendly, I would say that service is a bit slow but the food is good.

Nice experience, well maintained, cleaned rooms. Staff is also good. Only problem with drinking water. Should provide purified water. Everytime minral water purchasing is not possible. Apart from this, hot water geezer is available.

One of the best hotel in Tanakpur Good Staff and good Behaviour Neet and Clean hotel. Bedroom , Washroom , neet and Clean.
