I tried their pizza and veg parcel, both were below average. Instead of cheese, high amount of mayonnaise and sandwich sauce was used. In terms of service, I had to go to the counter for every other item including napkins, no one was bothered enough to check for working AC or fan in the hot weather of April.

Very slow service. . Waste of money. Taste is too bad.

Worst service ever the nature of staff is too bad. Staff do not attend you properly.They serve worst quality of pizza and they provide broked pizza and taste is too bad. Dont go to zapizza.Totally waste of money

In this restaurant there is self service you have to take your food by yourself and there atmosphere is good there is an AC in this restaurant and you have to take or buy a water bottle because there is no free water for you and it's quite good by it's look. it's Pizza is nice and I order lava cake which is too much sugar overall it is good.

I called them for pizza order but they responded very badly they said time lagega sir and call cut kr di this is not the way to handle any customer very bad experience. Food and decor I can't say anything as i haven't been there not even tasted but their service not good at all

I was so enthusiastic when i know that zapizza open it's own fracn... In Tanakpur onwards and I wanna taste burger coz I love burger and today I'm here just having a cheese burger and it's really good and tasty. I also love the atmosphere and the staff members they're so polite and friendly at the end the burger is too good according to my town it's best u have to try it.
