Two things which describes this place best is Good food and amazing view. The hotel we stayed provided only maggie which is why we explored and found this place. They provided fresh food. Do try the ginger lemon honey tea which is very good and well presented. I highly recommend visiting this cafe. Please like the review if it was helpful.

When we were returning from Gangotri, we stopped at Uttarkashi for lunch but no good place we could find. And then we got to know about the CAFE THF THE FOOD HABIT. Very good place to eat tasty food. They were clean, good hygiene, good variety in the menu and great taste. You can enjoy your food with amazing Bhagirathi river view. They had a good book section, with wifi. Kids friendly. Clean bathroom. Polite and friendly staff. Must must go if you are around and looking for a good place to eat.

This was such a pleasant find. We stopped over for breakfast. Ordered paranthas, tea and bun maska. Paranthas were delicious and cooked in right amount of oil. Curd was fresh and creamu and their show stopper was green chutney and ginger tea. Must visit this place if near utarkaashi.

Beautiful - Location, view and food.. We had parathas gobi and alu pyaz and chai.. everything was delicious.. I will highly recommend this place to anyone travelling via this route..

Best place to eat in Uttarkashi in my experience. Delicious, safe, and extremely reasonable food. If you're travelling through Uttarkashi and need to stop for food, I'd highly recommend this place. You'll be surprised at how low the prices are, and yet the food is amazing. Must visit.

It's the best place to dine and stay far from the bustling Uttarkashi main town. The cafe is very lively and food is great, rooms are also cozy, clean and comfortable. Meeting Tilak Sir was an absolute delight, he is a big personality in a calm person. River flows close to the property hence the views are always stunning.
