Food taste and quality was ok but they needs some improvements in Sambar and Idly.

A value for money choice for durgapuja. Where all other restaurants make their customers stand in a queue, this one is exceptional in that case. Also all the items in the menu card were available and food quality-quantity-cost was decent.

Good test and reasonable price.... I love it every time I going to ambience time restaurant... And staff behaviour is good..... I wish everyone going to ambience time restaurant.... There are price is reasonable... And I loved chicken biryani (combo)

A very good place to enjoy your cahi-coffee and evening snacks, although they offer a wide variety of food at an attractive combo price. I personally like the south Indian dishes...here. Good staff behaviour and cleanliness is maintained all the time.

I love their Pav bhaji, different types of pav bhaji is available here and all are soo good. But the chilli chicken is too much spicy and .

The name justifies the place 'Ambience'. Although everything is good, the chicken biryani which was served is a bit tasteless. The flavours are not visible when you eat, in fact there was hardly any smell of biryani, which I thought was a bit off. But the chicken chaap was good (individually), but it also tastes a bit weird when paired with biryani. So, that's my observation here. I hope you all have a great experience there.

All foods are good and tasty. The service is also good. Staffs are good. The atmosphere of it is also good. Reasonable price. Nice environment and decoration is also good. Go for it

We went to the place spend some quality times with family. This is my first time any cafe experience in Balurghat. As per my experience I can say it is good place for hangout. Food quality is very good and atmosphere wise my mark is 100/100.
