Worst experience ever.. we have ordered four plates of biryani.. it's seems like it's stored in the fridge for a long time and directly served in plates there was a foul smell from that... We were very exited but when he served cold biryani, we understood that we are fooled The chicken and potatoes are slightly boiled... Totally waste money
The worst place to eat in Balurghat. Go to any other restaurant but don't go there. The quality of food is horrible, both the taste and smell is too bad to eat. Customer service is pathetic, you have to wait for 30-40 min for a single item. I ordered something and paid for it and received something else of much lesser price. And did not receive call after that. Hygiene is very lower than expected. And most importantly the attitude of the owner, they need to learn how to talk to a customer.
Biriani was flavorless and over chocked it was like boiled rice and chicken
They served good food with a good atmosphere!
