A smoker's paradise. Probably the only cafe in town, which allows open smoking. Also the behavior of the staff will give you satisfaction. Food quality is also quite good. But if you are thinking of visiting this cafe with family then you must check the environment beforehand. If your family allows you can sit here.

Balurghat's first rooftop cafe.. I really like the ambiance and the food ...we had chicken chowmin and coffee...coffee was fabulous it's a nice place to eat and talk..prices are very pocket friendly....

The environment seems much of a friend's place but not surely for Family & Kids. Other than that the food seems quite decent but the ETA seems to be very long in my experience. So yeah for me this place is quite decent. Btw though it's marked that smoking ain't allowed but I saw a lot of guys smoking in here

It's a quite chill place .... Almost perfect to hangout with your friends... But don't try the chicken maggi it's horrible ... It tastes really blunt ... But I would prefer the chocolate cold coffee ... It's quite good .... Overall I would rate this place 5/10

It is very unexpected that you are accepting orders via online platforms like swiggy or Zomato and also putting a status that food is under preparation. Even after crossing the expected time which is approx half an hour, you are cancelling it. I do agree that it was very late approx 10.49 PM but you should cancel an order within 5-10 minutes if you are not able to serve that so that your customer can make some other arrangements. This is not a good practice and I won't recommend your restaurant at all.

There's a doubt about the atmosphere , definitely not family or kid friendly but the service and the food both are amazing..The price is decent!
