Amarjit Hotel and Restaurant

I just needed one plate chowmien, now there are way better outlets around but I tried this place and honestly it was disappointing. The noodles tasted like last nights leftover. It was bland, for 100 rupees indian the quantity was low, the quality was quiet bad. I will probably skip this place if I need food, there are way better options around. So the usual crowd that comes to eat here are people who are passing through barrackpore station, they have the usual rice vegetables chicken fish thali system. Place looks unclean.

The prices of foods might be reasonable but the food quality and quantity is not at all good , the sitting area is not properly cleaned neither the kitchen area looks good , inside it was a bit smelly and the chicken i ordered was very bad in taste seemed like leftover of days...good quality very bad

The amount of food they served on a fish thali was quite surprising actually..a proper amount of food should be served when you are taking hundreds of rupees on a fish thali and you get less than a proper amount..next the veg fried rice it had a burnt smell in it and the chilly chicken was whole plate of sweet gravy and the chicken I think was of yesterday or anything..but yeah they must improve and also when we asked for an onion or a lemon they said they don't have it..this means you have a hotel where you serve food and u ain't got any thing this means the food is not fresh and also when we were having food the manager received a phone call nd he was continuously using slangs infront of us while he was speaking with that person

Many varieties of dishes are available in this restaurant. You can get Indian and Chinese dishes from here. The restaurant is not clean. Sitting arrangements are not so good. The atmosphere is good. The taste of the food is good and food quality is average. Indian dishes are more tasty than the Chinese dishes. The price of the foods are not too high. You can get the dishes with reasonable price.

Not at all justified with the price, I took the egg chicken roll. The price of which was 80 rupees. it was made with laccha paratha but it wasn't crispy at all. . Chilli chicken gravy filled rolls. 1star for hygiene issue in every respect...

Food quality is too bad

For Indian food like Rice & dal etc. very good restaurant in this area. The price is reasonable. the tables and chairs are not clean, also lack of hygiene maintained. Apart from Indian food, Chinese food is average.
