B3 Hotel Restaurant & Banquet

Very bad experience. Yesterday, I ordered paneer and found an insect inside it. The staff's behavior was not pleasant -- they took 5-10 minutes just to provide the menu card. Overall, the ambience was poor, and the seats were not properly cleaned. In short, it was a very bad experience.

Ok...kabab was burnt..also there was blood in the chicken.... couldn't eat properly chatni tasted disgusting...

Their behavior is unacceptable--they lack basic courtesy toward customers and show no respect. The food quality is extremely poor, and they have even used threatening and inappropriate language with customers.

The Behaviour of the staf is very bad. And the plates/Dishes smells bad like it was not washed well. Not worthit to go. Not only the staff take too much time to prepare order also there behaviour is VERY Bad. I recommend not to go..

Sach a third class resturent and food quality third class staff behieveor not good , very rude and whrost staff and seeting hospital style food service and order getting delayed 1 hours ,, I'm surprised this restaurent is there in our Barrackpore... Very bad experience,, and waste of money...

This is a very bad restaurant, the service there is also very bad, we had to wait for a long time to eat and the food did not even taste good, I think this restaurant should be closed down

The food quality is worst, stuff management ghatiya...lack of good service Total waste of money...

The ambience reeks of cigarettes. The waitress thinks she should be served by us. Had to leave seeing wet grimy table.
