Please avoid it at any cost, They charge like a five star hotel, but provide very bad services, -- 1. The towels and bedsheets had holes in them, the blanket was darty 2. The telephone doesn't work. 3. T. V. Doesn't work. 3. Geezer doesn't work, elevator doesn't work. 4. The restaurant is closed permanently, so at night or day even if you want a cup of tea, you have to go outside, even there you will find nothing. Very bad situation. And to top it off the behaviour of one of the receptionists was very bad. Please find another hotel even if it is possibly a little bit far away from your workplace, It is shameful that I have to give them even one , then most probably deserve a negative . Thank You.

Very affordable and good rooms for staying, with competitive and tier based pricing. AC works fantastic, bathroom fittings could have been better. Behaviour of the staff is best in class and they're very helpful. Absolutely recommended for stay

Moderate hotel, AC rooms are available in 3 categories, price ranges from 1280 to 2400 INR. Behaviour of the staff was good and helpful. The bathroom was not so nice, and needed better fittings. The place was between Palta and Barrackpore. The placs is quiet and peaceful.

I had to stay in a hotel alone for few days n glad that I found this hotel. Manager n staff were professional and very helpful. Being a solo female traveller, I did not face any problem. Room n toilet were clean but yes Bedsheet, pillow n blanket were not clean. Restaurant was not functional. Landline was not working but they provided a mobile number which was active all the time. I will still give it a 5 star for their behavior

This may be a good place to stay in or access it as a hotel. The restaurant facility is currently unavailable. Which means that they no longer function as a restaurant to dine in, rather they are operating as a hotel to book your room to stay in. So whosoever in need of restaurant please avoid this place for now untill further notice.

Horrible experience, I had a stay in this hotel few days back as I have to go to New disha for my father's eye operation. Dirty room, dirty washroom, dirty bed sheet and pillow cover. Bed was full of dust particle and dirty. When I asked the room service boy to change the bedsheet, he took one hour to change it and his behaviour was very rude - he was saying what is the problem in this bed sheet and all our bed sheets are like this only. And Also I have to wait approx one and half hour to get Mineral water. They do not provide any service, you not get a cup of tea also in the morning.or if you ask to get something like a pack of biskit or cake or anything, they will say directly - It is not possible for them to get it for you......... I cant imagine this type of serve Please donot stay at thia hotel, or you will face severe problem....

I stayed here for one night. THIS PLACE IS CASH ONLY. The people were polite and helpful. One bad thing about the place is it seemed to be expensive as per the price I paid for one night. The toilets we're not that clean. The room don't had a night lamp. The room service phone number wasn't working.
