Delicious food wid awesome ambience...staffs were very polite ... hygiene and cleanness is one of the key points which always attract me towards them ...it's is one of the best hotel in chuchurah...Visit once you may like it

Bad experience, We had a party on Jan 2025 for 40 people, But it was not satisfactory. They didn't provide enough food for 40 people even after 2 hours of waiting and food quality is pathetic. Got hair and uncooked food. Their manager didn't know how to manage everything and I think they hardly organise that kind of event ever. I am not recommend that place for party and all. Be careful of this kind of fraud movement.

Service as well as ambience are very impressive. Quality of the food are very good and delicious too. Recommended for family gathering.

Certainly a better experience here than two nearby alternative properties in which I made enquiries. The positives centre around the English-speaking and customer-oriented receptionist (manager?) who conducted a pleasant check-in, showed me to my room and, effectively, acted as waiter for my meal in the evening. The food was very good. Excellent wifi. Not fully convinced that it was worth the price when compared to similar properties in other larger places. The room was however comfortable and attractive. Other staff seemed not to be 'on the ball'. There were a few strange things happen. Most notable, was that I was given an alternative of two adjacent vacant clean rooms on check-in. However, when I returned to the room I'd selected after dinner, the other room was ostensibly being cleaned by a staff member. This process took over two hours! This meant that despite low occupancy, the door to this room was open all the time, items of furniture were placed in the corridor, furniture scraped along the floor and television on ... very strange for a room that was supposed to have been clean! My room was 105. Probably avoid rooms along this side of the corridor. From shortly after check-in through the night, my stay/rest was disrupted regularly by neighbourhood dogs howling, barking and fighting. Hot water lasted for literally three or four seconds.

We r organised a group party of almost 40people on the date 15/01/2025....At time of booking the said buffet system,in the package food and snacks r unlimited for everyone... We have been waited for long time,but they can't able to give food us,many of us returned home without food at the midnight....their management is very very very poor and pathetic,,,,I never seen before this type of management,,,,and staffs???? Staffs r doing very unprofessional behaviour,which was not expected.... We gone their for better experience,but experience was very very pathetic... Don't visit dear viewers in this place,they r making fools only.....

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful.Conveniently located, close to major attractions.Delicious breakfast, good food, and great value for money.
