I would recommend people to find some other place to eat as it has the worst experience a person can have like i ordered a 391 burger which I forgot the name but it comes with french fries and Pepsi and man the quantity of french I get is like what ants eat and they didn't give me any straw. The burger was all Messy with too much sauce and when they served the meal the staff itself said the french fries will take some time you can start with the burger and Pepsi which I was like ok then suddenly the staff came and said sir the chief burger garam karna bhul gaye main abhi garam karke lata hu which takes him 3 to 6 min and the ac was not working went i asked them to on the ac they directed me to the table which was close to toilet was on and tell me to sit there and man the ac was not actually above the tabe it was above the door of the toilet and I was hardly getting any cold air so I would not recommend you to go in this place

There was no updated menu card in the outlet, which made our experience unfavorable and caused us issues while ordering. The food was cold and horrible, just disgusting.

We Ordered Ultimate Bucket and Big 8. We have waited for 30 min to receive the order. Good Atmosphere!! If there is music then it would be nice. Good Quality food and you are going to loved it but one problem they will not serve you in one go they always keep some pending food and will give you after sometime. They will keep you waiting.

Burger was really good and crispy fried chicken tastes good and is was soooo juicy, The flavour of chicken was maintained. But peri peri chicken was not so good, It was dry and the peri peri spice they used was more than sufficient and that's why the test was ruined. We ordered two pepsis but one of the staff asked us that they cannot serve two pepsis so they told us to take one Pepsi and one mirinda. We agreed. Cleanliness was not maintained, kfc authority should look into the matter. Most important, internal atmosphere of the outlet was so warm, and they air conditioning system was not so good. Staff behaviour was good, hand wash was available and bathroom was clean. Overall moderate experience. Expectations was high but it was an okay type experience.

One of the worst kfc outlet this was I was order a meal from zomato whole meal was worst chicken strips was smelling so bad no money refunds no action taken by kfc chicken is smells very bad I never suggest to go in this outlet

KFC opens in Serampore with much excitement and joy.They say "it's finger lickin' good" and that's absolutely true.Particularly smoky grilled chicken is an irresistible stuff.Having almost 40 seats to dine in this outlet offers all the goodness and zing of KFC along with takeaway and delivery service.Staffs are courteous and ambiance is cool.Location adds to the brownie points.Overall a satisfying experience.Keep rocking!

I ordered crispy fried chicken. The chicken was not well cooked... When I told the branch about the quality of the food the representative told me when I will order for the next time he will serve good quality of fried chicken Ohh god
