Spicy Restaurant Lalana

Good food, good vibes! The place has a great atmosphere and the staff is friendly. The food was mostly delicious, but the veg special rice was a bit of a letdown - it was slightly burnt and had some small burnt bits. Other than that, everything else was spot on. One thing to note is that the wait time was a bit long, but worth it in the end. Overall, a good experience, would recommend with a minor tweak to the kitchen's rice game

If you are finding restaurant in chinsurah market road please visit this place, budget friendly and also well ambiance. It was nice to visit this place and taking lunch from this place I loved their veg diwani masala , just wow . Must try , fresh food service, water bottle is chargeable. Extended and worse version of old Spicy. Taste is same but with some late service, claustrophobic ambiance and extra charge. I don't know why they appointed some girls in the restaurant who seriously do nothing but gossip!!! May be they were symbolifying its name 'Lalana'- who knows!!! "Money can't buy you aesthetic sense" -Proved here.

Extremely bad communication between the kitchen and the restaurant, total and complete lack of service. I'll suggest people shouldn't come to this restaurant at all. Needs a lot of improvement.

No proper communication with the staff the kitchen staff told us to order the Roll inside the restaurant when asked but stff told us to go outside which is very insulting
