La- Cafe Restaurant

Disappointing experience at LA cafe . The food was average, but the real letdown was the service. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely ill-mannered and unprofessional. Their attitude and behavior left a sour taste, overshadowing the meal. While the restaurant has potential, the poor management and lack of customer care hold it back. Until they improve their service standards, I wouldn't recommend it. Rating Breakdown: * Food: 1.5/5(chicken curry was full of sugar ) * Service: 1/5(rudeness) * Ambience: 1/5(smelly) Would I return? Unlikely, unless significant changes are made.

I frequently visited the cafe. Good food and ambience. Good location too - easily accessible.I have been there for dinner and can heartily recommend.

I am one of their regular customers. Always I have seen their customer service as just so poor and in my personal opinion, they are running this business because of some sort of monopoly and also because of their good food quality. One of the cashier(s) at the restaurant denied receiving my payment at first and started blaming me for their own fault and did not confirm the payment even after I showed them the transaction proof to their provided UPI ID. They need to improve their customer relationship.

Nobody buys from them anymore. They have occupied half of the road with tables and chairs. You literally sit on the road here. Lol. Not recommended.

They make the best ROLLS in Durgapur... Loved their hospitality. They are well behaved and professional.

Located in the steel market area of Durgapur, near Printika bus stand, Benachity. Parking place available. The atmosphere is not that cosy but the food is awesome especially their Chinese items. Price is very reasonable w.r.t. quantity. Their Lemon chicken is a must try with fried rice or noodles.

My First "baire khawa" dinner happend to be here and since then this has always been my favourite.- Review by daughter.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was impressed by the overall experience. The food was of excellent quality, prepared with care and attention to detail. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and their behavior added to the positive ambiance. It was evident that they took pride in their work and genuinely cared about the customers' satisfaction. I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food and commendable staff behavior.
