The service is not good at all. We found 2 cockroaches enjoying on the wall during our last visit. This time the service IS so far pathetic. Asked twice to clean the table but they seems ignored. The health authorities should take a look at their hygiene structure of cooking and be vigilant to protect We- the vegetarians who have limited options. Had to ask twice and waited 8mins to get an extra fork when we dropped one while eating. Pathetic is not for service but for their attitude.

My experience at Sharma Restaurant was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible -- it took 45 minutes to get our food, and only after repeatedly reminding the staff. The employees were rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. The place was good, with clean tables and with proper arrangement for napkins. The food quality was far below expectations, both in taste and presentation. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant if you're looking for a pleasant dining experience. Totally not worth it.

Sharma Restaurant is one of the few go to places for Veg Lovers in Durgapur. This restaurant has a very good variety of veg food options for it's customers. Their speciality is their Dosa, uttapam and Dahi vada. The dosa is very good and the size of the Dosa is also very favorable. The taste is good. The price of the items is a bit on the higher side. The ambience of this place is also very amicable. The interior decoration and lighting is very soothing. Overall a very popular and good restaurant for veg lovers

A good place for pure veg options. The ambience is okayish with AC and service is superfast. Lots of menu options. We had Plain Dosa and Masala Dosa. The sambar should have been better. Portions are large. Overall good.

It is a bit hyped. The kashmiri aloo dum that we ordered was not good. The rice used was of inferior quality compared to the price. The boxes that they use for home delivery are very small and while opening the dish gets wasted. But dal makhni was good. The dosa that they make is very tasty. However the plus point of this restaurant is that if you want a pure veg restaurant then this is very good in that category.
