Wow! Momo

It felt like desert inside the outlet. Even the staff was very slow although the food was good but overall when it comes to giving parties to my office colleagues or family I'd never like to visit there.

Got popular through zomato and swiggy because of their combo deals worth 199 ,(8 momos 2 moburg and 2 pepsi) . The quantity and taste were also good . This offer lead me to there physical store hoping to get same satisfaction that i received online. But i was disappointed they had different menu there , expensive and the quantity was also very less , For around 300rs i just got 4momos , 1 moburg , and pepsi . Left unsatisfied but recently i visited their physical store again after seeing their winter offer of combo worth 199 the same combo they were giving online , so went inside .they have changed the menu a bit by adding there cheap combos that most people can afford so that's good. I got myself 8 fried veg momos with Schezwan chutney, 2 moburg ( 1 moburg contains 2 momos) , 1 500ml pepsi. This time i liked the food , for the price i paid . In store feel and vibe is good Wide variety of stuff to choose from. Friendly behaviour . The only problem i faced is that there's no facility for washing your hands inside the store . But they do offer handsanitizer and tissue so no big deal. Overall it's a good place to go if the offers are available. Thankyou

Atmosphere:-First of all the unit has an attached kitchen and dining area, and it was literally suffocating at one point, but soon the employees realized that we could choke by coughing so hard, so they turned on the exhaust. Food:-taste was pretty average, since they offer only fried momo in combo, I had to go with that only, else I usually prefer steamed one, the fried momos were so drenched in oil that I had to use the tissues to dry them up, that literally ruined our experience+ the burger bun in moburg were stale and dried up, which tasted awful. I have eaten a lot in wow momo and I was a fan of moburg, but now the quality is getting really bad, it's high time the company should increase the quantity control strictness.

The place is very small but tidy. The taste of the momos are excellent. All the items are fresh

Visited the outlet recently. Despite there being no rush or other customers, the staff deliberately delayed the service, which was quite disappointing. It felt intentional and unprofessional. However, the food quality was good and up to the mark, which is the only saving grace. Service definitely needs improvement. Really

Good ambience..but the staff often denies the ongoing offer(like out of stock in the offer combo but available in single buying!)

Steam momos we ordered, seemed stale. They we sour in taste(no it wasn't a sour flavoured momo) and had a weird smell. Other Pan Fried and Fried Momos were great.
