Hotel Capsicum

This is not a paid review. And also I am not sure about authenticity of people posted negative. There is nothing negative about this hotel. I stayed 3 days. The staff is very cooperative and 1 call is enough to do any service. Even the staff will keep you asking about any requirement or any problem. The restaurant is good, food taste is good, but the quantity of food is too huge, which is good sign. But should give half option for 1 person. I have some clothes for laundry and i forgot some 20 rupees in coins, the next morning, the laundry staff came and gave me the money. So you can understand. Also, hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is located near to industrial area on highway, but there are no stores around, so carry your chips, chocolate, soap, shampoo, cigarettes along with you. Hotel will help you to arrange car or arrange rikshaw for you.

Food quality is good. Delayed service. High price. Ambience is good.

Resturant service very bad . One service man not sufficient for all customer. He not metain all customer. Minarel water price here Rs. 30. But bottle price Rs 20 including all taxes. I love Capsicum but service is very poor.

Authentic Bengali, Chinese and North Indian food available at a reasonable rate. Dining space is air conditioned and clean. Good place for traveling motorists, as it is located just beside highway. Accessible through service road.

Stayed for 5 days. Staff behaviour is very good and rooms are clean too. The room service facility is also good. But, the food is a little bit overpriced.
