The buffet features a diverse range of dishes, including a variety of Starters, main courses, and desserts. From flavorful curries and biryanis to an assortment of salads and sweets, there's something to satisfy every craving. The quality of the food is excellent... Highly recommend Squid, prawn,fish ,chicken was absolutely amazing and perfectly balanced flavour.

Taste of not a single item was upto the mark. Very less options for vegetarian, mutton handi was tasteless, so the fish and chicken curry. Grilled chicken, prawn all were average. Chicken seekh kabab could have been given, but it was given during main course. Pathetic experience and will never come and not suggest anyone. Barbeque Nation is far far better. I ate in ABs in Bengaluru several times, and with hopes went to here ABs salt lake, ABsolute disappointment. Wasted 9000 rupees.

Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. The food quality was terrible--bland, stale, and definitely not worth the price. On top of that, the reception was awful, with long wait times and a complete lack of organization. The worst part? The staff was unprofessional, inattentive, and seemed uninterested in helping customers. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent dining experience.

Visited here during the puja time and had their Puja special menu which consisted of some Bengali dishes too apart from the regular ones. The food was good, specially their starters and desserts. The main course, however, felt too normal and was nothing special. This was my third time of visiting AB's but first time in sector 5. They have a wide range of section for desserts which is my all-time favourite.

Although I personally didn't like the food much, it is a nice place to enjoy buffet. For me, most of the starters tasted the same. Also, main course was not that good. However, dessert section was nice. Service was too good, all the onboarded staffs were good.

Absolute Barbecue's Has a Surprise for Mexicanfood lovers. They have launched a New Tempting Menu of Desi Mexicana including dishes like - Quesadilla Chicken, Veg Fajita,Kidney Beans Patties,Cilantro Fish Curry,Mexican Fried Icecream with Tortilla Basket,Baked Flan,Merida Bean Curry,Taco & Nachos. Which will be available at every outlet in Kolkata for both Lunch & Dinner.(5th Feb - 16th Feb). Other than these the regular Unlimited buffet of Veg & Non-veg Dishes are avaliable too. Grilled Chicken, Prawn, Veg Items are not to be missed.Lip Smacking Chaats & Snacks,Desserts are always so yummy here with great varities. Definitely worth experiencing.

I had the most amazing time at Absolute Barbecues (AB's) during their Year-End Carnival! The event, running from Dec 18th to Jan 5th, was an absolute feast. The unlimited buffet with live grill stations was a real highlight -- everything was fresh, delicious, and grilled to perfection. They had a fantastic spread of international cuisines, along with festive specials like Plum Cake, Turkey with Cranberry Sauce, and even Peking Duck on select days. The Signature Wish Grill was a fun and unique experience where I could customize my own BBQ, and the Churrasco Chicken Wings and Murgh Dhaniya Soup were incredible! To top it all off, the range of desserts was perfect for satisfying my sweet tooth. Overall, an incredible experience that I'd highly recommend for anyone looking to celebrate the festive season with great food and a lively atmosphere. Definitely a must-visit!

Pathetic experience all together. Ambiance is impressive Sorba soup was ok ok.( Here you get sorba with cornflower) In starters, most dishes tasting similarly. The tengri kabab was a notable exception Unfortunately, the main course was a letdown, with all items lacking flavor. The mutton, in particular, had an off-putting smell. Desserts were also a disappointment, except for the kulfi.
