I ordered a basic gravy chili chicken, the food they gave us was definitely not worth the price as it was also not chili chicken that you have in your mind . The food they gave was just oil and dry red chilies powder along with dry chicken just fried hardly be . It was a horrible experience given the restaurant's famous name . We have ordered prior from this restaurant but the experience this time was very very bad . They are not at all serving chili chicken, it was a very bad substitute from the restaurant's side for the specific dish we ordered. This food isn't worthy of any ratings.

I had a terrible experience at Annapurna restaurant. I ordered chili chicken, I found a cockroach in my dish. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.

The worst restaurant ever! We ordered "chicken Moghlai", priced about Rs. 100/-. There were only 8 small pieces of chicken, the moghlai was not well cooked, some part of it was raw/not fried/not cooked. We complained about it to the owner and the staffs, they said that moghlai is like that, it is normal !! Very very very bad experience.

It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the restaurant's reputation. I've ordered from this place before and had better experiences, but this time was truly subpar. They are not serving chili chicken as it should be; it felt like a poor substitute for the dish I ordered.

Situated just near the Belgharia station, Annapurna Hotel & Restaurant is a very good restaurant. The variety is huge. The food items served here are fresh, tasty and good to digest. The food quality is also very good. The chicken items are delicious. The momo served here is awesome. The soup given along the momos is just too good! The biriyani is also very good here. The prices are, however, lower compared to other restaurants. This makes Annapurna hotel & restaurant an obvious choice for family outings. The waiters are also well-mannered. Highly recommended to everyone.

Food quality is average. Food in affordable price. Location of the hotel is so popular for the visitors. Staff are not bad. Bengali food available in Lunch. Communication of the public transport in this hotel is so easy. Chinese is also available at evening. Kabab and Biriyani also available. Nice hotel..

Good food. All types of foods are available. I ordered chowmin and roll. Taste was good, not very good. Atmosphere is average. Staff service is good. They should try Zomato, Swiggy and Uber Eats. I think this would help their business growth.

It used to be a good restaurant with good quality food and decent pricing. But now the food quality has deteriorated. The worst part is their staff behavior. They act like they are paying you to eat in their restaurant. You can't expect any service from them.
